One of the best steak houses in Wichita, Scotch & Sirloin has been creating quality dishes since 1969. They are known for their superior cuts of beef but they offer excellent chicken, pork, and seafood items on the menu as well. When they needed an update they called Rock Enterprises and we came to the rescue. We redid the roof, replaced the siding on the building, and retiled the floors. Rock Enterprises has performed the necessary work to renovate and update the spaces occupied by Dairy Queen and Orange Julius in the Towne East Mall. We redid the countertops and cabinets, as well as updated the tile on the floor. Just goes to show we are not too big to do jobs of any size.

DQ has teamed up with Orange Julius. We made the drive-thru and parking lot easier to maneuver by pouring new concrete to create a more accessible pathway. We also fixed the chimney, replaced patio lighting, reconstructed the roof on the lean too, and repaired the fence. As one of the buildings brought over from Wild West World, this was not suitable for a restaurant. Rock Enterprises will be renovating it to be functional as such. To do so we will have to knock out some walls and replace them, add a cooler, provide lighting throughout, tile the kitchen area, plus stain and paint the floors and walls in the lobby. This transformation will be accomplished in 6 months and includes HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
