Genesis already has 11 established locations all over Kansas. Rock Enterprises is turning what used to be a grocery store into a fitness center in Leavenworth to add another. We have redone the walls, floors-tile and carpet, ceilings, plumbing, and many other aspects of the building. We began this project in April 2012. This fast paced project was 42,000 square feet completed in 6 months.
We have been working on Genesis sites for a while and this location is included in that agreement. For this particular building we remodeled the men’s and women’s locker rooms. Rock Enterprises had new granite counter tops, wooden benches, and mirrors installed in both. We also retiled the floors.
This is one of many sites we have done work on for Genesis. They have 5 locations in Wichita (12 total in Kansas) and are adding more all the time. While working on this Genesis we replaced mirrors; fixed ductwork, registers, and returns connected to the heater/air conditioner; replaced strip lights, both upstairs and downstairs; and fixed and/or replaced doors and walls.
